Founded in 2018, Impulso Capital began as a private real estate investment platform focused on acquiring essential net-lease (NNN) retail assets across the United States. Raising capital to acquire properties leased to S&P 500–backed tenants under long-term, guaranteed leases, prioritizing stability, prime commercial locations, and attractive risk-adjusted returns.

As the firm evolved, Impulso Capital expanded into a second vertical: development and construction. Today, we plan, design, develop, and build ground-up residential and commercial projects from scratch, ranging from individual retail buildings to full-scale residential subdivisions and mixed-use developments, with a strong emphasis on quality, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
