Founded in 2018, Impulso Capital is a real estate investment platform, focused on the purchase and sale of commercial properties in the U.S.A.

We buy and sell Absolute Triple Net (NNN) commercial properties with essential businesses. All of our tenants are S&P500 brands. The properties are backed up by long-term forced contracts, guaranteeing income. The properties are located on hard corners and main commercial areas, surrounded by national brands with a high Cap Rate.

We manage a conservative and safe investment vehicle that aims to optimize performance in a guaranteed way. We look for opportunities with a greater added value, where investors will find the perfect balance between return on equity and risk
